Qualifications

• 5+ years of Netherlands HR advisory or consulting experience.
• Experience with unemployment benefits, disability/leave benefits, workers’ compensation, and grievances.
• Fluent Dutch and English; client service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Policy and SOP development for leave management, performance management, investigations, claims, terminations, unemployment benefits, workers’ compensation, and grievances.
• Employee relations and risk mitigation handling complex issues and regulatory risks.
• Workflow and system setup: configure and test workflows for hiring, onboarding, transitions, terminations, and benefits.
• Client- and employee-focused support: respond to inquiries and develop HR resources.
• Knowledge transfer and training: train internal HR Advisors on country-specific requirements.
• Process optimization: design scalable, efficient HR processes.
• HR governance & compliance: maintain governance frameworks and support audits.
• POA: act as designated Power of Attorney for legal entities.
