Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience implementing environmental programs in the tech sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer the global vision and strategy for GDC’s Environmental Programs, prioritizing community concerns related environmental program, aligning regional initiatives with evolving Google standards and global GDC operational models.
• Partner with executive GDC leadership, CSRM, and EHS stakeholders to integrate and execute environmental initiatives as a core GDC business strategy to enable licenses to operate.
• Standardize and oversee the global environmental risk management framework to identify, evaluate, and mitigate end-to-end environmental risks, while ensuring proactive adaptation to market forces.
• Establish and monitor global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving global and industry level benchmarking across all operating models with a focus on community-specific environmental impacts.
