Job summary

Google Data Centers is seeking an Environmental Technical Program Manager to lead global environmental programs and systems. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align strategies with policy and operational goals, ensuring scalable, compliant programs across regions.

The role requires deep domain expertise, robust cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering measurable impact on environmental performance and safety in data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, or related fields.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience implementing environmental programs in the tech sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer the global vision and strategy for GDC Environmental Programs.
• Partner with executive GDC leadership and CSRM/EHS stakeholders to integrate environmental initiatives with business strategy.
• Standardize and oversee the global environmental risk management framework to identify, evaluate, and mitigate end-to-end environmental risks.
• Establish and monitor global KPIs, driving benchmarking across operating models with focus on community-specific environmental impacts.
