Job summary

Google Data Centers is seeking an Environmental Technical Program Manager to lead environmental programs across global data center operations. You will shape strategy, align with CSRM and EHS stakeholders, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure compliance, performance, and scalable environmental initiatives.

The role emphasizes managing risk, coordinating with executives, and advancing environmentally responsible operations across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience implementing environmental programs in the tech sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer the global vision and strategy for GDC’s Environmental Programs.
• Partner with executive GDC leadership, CSRM, and EHS stakeholders to integrate environmental initiatives.
• Standardize and oversee the global environmental risk management framework.
• Establish and monitor global KPIs and benchmarking across operating models.
