Job summary

Sixth Street is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst (Paralegal) to join the Entity Management team in Dallas. You will help manage the full lifecycle of global entities, partnering with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance to implement best-in-class processes.

The role requires 3-5+ years of paralegal experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional corporate governance. You will work with external providers to ensure quality and compliance in a fast-growing, cross-border

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of law firm or in-house paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with typical private investment fund structures and multi-jurisdictional governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage processes for entities globally from formation to dissolution.
• Own entity set-up and dissolution for U.S. and non-U.S. entities, coordinating with Tax, Compliance, Accounting, and business teams.
• Manage day-to-day requests related to entity formation, governance, authorization, and approvals.
• Work with external service providers to ensure high-quality, efficient work.
• Develop governance playbooks, checklists, and SOPs for entity lifecycle events.
• Explore AI and automations to increase efficiency and accuracy of processes.
• Maintain database of active entities and governing agreements.
• Identify and drive process improvements for data quality and scalability.
