Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Paralegal in Dallas to support Asset Wealth Management (AWM) Legal. The role involves assisting with private equity, credit and real estate funds, and transactions, while coordinating with attorneys and outside counsel on governance and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, proactive problem-solving skills, and an interest in finance and legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution including drafting/reviewing formation/governing documents and resolutions.
• Assisting with management of global entity database.
• Fielding internal and external inquiries regarding AWM corporate information.
• Assisting with anti-money laundering/KYC requests.
• Coordinating information across the firm for anti-trust filings and working with outside counsel in connection with anti-trust filings.
• Responding to regulatory-related requests and reviewing certain documents for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performing various other governance related tasks, as needed.
