Job summary

Kalexius is seeking a Corporate Governance specialist to join the Legal Entity Management Team. The role focuses on managing US and international legal entities for clients, ensuring they remain in good standing at all times.

You will perform legal research, liaise with clients and partners, and prepare filings such as annual reports and changes of registered agent. English fluency is required with a background in law or paralegal work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and web-based tools.
• Junior to mid-level candidates with relevant experience and willingness to develop.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to ensure corporate compliance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and local partners to complete tasks.
• Provide regular reporting to clients on progress of tasks and services.
• Prepare, draft and coordinate filing of legal documentation.
• Ensure Service of Process services.
• Maintain accurate records in the legal entity management system.
• Submit routine US compliance documents, including annual reports and changes of registered agent.
