Job summary

Kalexius is seeking a Corporate Governance specialist to join the Legal Entity Management Team. You will manage US and international legal entities to ensure they remain in good standing and compliant with filing obligations across jurisdictions.

The role requires strong legal research, English fluency, and experience with MS Office and SharePoint. Junior to mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on developing governance expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
• Proficient in using standard office applications and digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage US and international legal entities to ensure they remain in good standing.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and local partners to ensure timely task completion.
• Provide regular reporting on progress and volume of services.
• Prepare, draft and coordinate filing of legal documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the legal entity management database.
