Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred; COSO framework knowledge and GAAP understanding are valued.
• Experience in accounting management in a Big Four firm with Fortune 500 clients is desirable.
• Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to support Amazon's corporate structure and ensure controllership.
• Deliver complex cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
• Prioritize work for global project teams and monitor transactions for standards.
• Identify and communicate project risks to senior leadership with clear mitigation recommendations.
• Manage risks across disparate business functions and drive resolution.
• Build relationships across teams to foster collaboration.
