Job summary

Amazon’s Global Entity Expansion and Restructure team seeks a Program Manager to oversee the transaction approval work-stream for director review and to support global entity formation, restructures, and closures.

You will coordinate with Tax, Legal, FinOps, Treasury, HR, and Accounting to ensure lawful, efficient setup and consistency across the global organization. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• CPA preferred; knowledge of internal control framework (COSO) and GAAP research tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to support Amazon's corporate structure with strong controllership.
• Deliver complex cross-functional projects on time and within scope.
• Prioritize work for global project teams and monitor transactions to ensure standards.
• Identify risks to senior leadership with clear mitigation recommendations.
• Manage risks across multiple business functions and drive resolution.
• Build relationships across teams to foster collaboration.
