Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead Global Entity Expansion and Restructure initiatives across multiple business teams. You will manage the proposal, approval and financial system setup for entity formation, restructures and closures, partnering with Tax, Legal, FinOps and Accounting to ensure controllership and consistency.

You will coordinate cross-functional project work, identify risks for senior leadership, deliver clear recommendations, and influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA (preferred)
• Knowledge of internal control framework (COSO)
• Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification
• Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients
• Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to support Amazon's corporate structure ensuring business support and controllership
• Delivery of complex cross functional projects
• Prioritize work for global project teams and monitor transactions to maintain standards
• Identify and communicate project risks to senior leadership with clear mitigation recommendations
• Manage risks across disparate business functions and drive resolution
• Build relationships across multiple teams within Amazon to foster collaboration
