This role blends enterprise application support, business analysis, technical consulting, project leadership, and solution delivery, partnering with stakeholders, vendors, developers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver modern technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 6–10 years of IT operations, enterprise app support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps across multiple business units.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SaaS, cloud, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and admin for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot integration, data, and user-access issues across units.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve complex issues.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, patching, and enhancement projects.
• Support AI-enabled transformations and API-driven integrations.
