Job summary

Clipboard Health LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Analyst to work directly with major enterprise customers, diagnosing operational and product issues and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve them. You’ll translate ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams, ensuring progress and clear communication with stakeholders.

You’ll own outcomes, drive complex implementations (time clocks, payroll, ADP/UKG integrations), and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy and operations, implementation, customer strategy, program management, or a similar problem-solving role.
• Experience working directly with customers or clients, particularly in complex or high-stakes situations.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills; ability to take an ambiguous problem, determine what matters, and create a path forward.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to investigate problems and make decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both senior executives and frontline operators.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sense of ownership; you care about the outcome, not just tasks.
• Curious and resourceful; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Persistent when solutions don’t work initially; willing to iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own complex customer and operational problems from diagnosis through resolution.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders from frontline operators to VP and Director levels.
• Diagnose problems by combining conversations, context, data, and system behavior.
• Break ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, priorities, owners, and timelines.
• Lead complex customer implementations, especially involving time clocks, payroll, and integrations with systems like ADP and UKG.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to investigate issues, define solutions, and drive execution.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and customer teams to remove blockers.
