Qualifications

• Proven program or project management experience with enterprise/global accounts.
• Strong hospitality knowledge and hotel operations understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects across time zones.
• Excellent communication with C-level executives.
• Tech-savvy with data solutions understanding.
• Autonomous and proactive with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of BI dashboards for global clients.
• Organize and manage projects within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish governance and manage stakeholder expectations from properties to executives.
• Create project documentation with timelines, activities, and risks.
• Bridge between clients and Product/Engineering to capture requirements.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth with robust plans.
• Lead regular status calls with key global chains.
