Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to drive success for our largest global clients from our Growth Operations team in the United States. You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, coordinating BI dashboards, product onboardings, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time outcomes and measurable value for hotel partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a program or project management role with enterprise/global accounts.
• Deep knowledge of hotel management structures, chain operations, OTA dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with planning, resources, risk and execution.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to engage with C-level executives.
• Tech-savvy mindset, able to translate data needs to technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, including BI dashboards, for large global clients.
• Organize and manage projects within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and objectives.
• Establish governance and align stakeholders from properties to executives.
• Document timelines, activities, and risks; use task management tools.
• Bridge clients and internal Product/Engineering to capture requirements and manage delivery timelines.
• Drive satisfaction, retention and growth with robust project plans and status calls.
