Job summary

Lighthouse, a leading AI hospitality platform, seeks an Enterprise Program Manager for Growth Operations – Customer Operations in Denver. You will coordinate complex programs across global hotel accounts, ensuring successful BI implementations and timely delivery while aligning with client objectives.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, build strong executive relationships, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise partnerships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a program or project management role for enterprise/global accounts.
• Strong hospitality industry knowledge, hotel management structures and OTA environment.
• Ability to communicate with C-level executives and internal teams.
• Tech-savvy with ability to understand data solutions and translate to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, including BI dashboards for global clients.
• Organize and manage all projects within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish program governance and manage stakeholder expectations from properties to executives.
• Create clear project documentation outlining timelines, activities and risks.
• Bridge between clients and Product/Engineering to capture custom requirements and delivery timelines.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth with robust project plans and status calls.
