Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to oversee the success of our largest global clients. You will coordinate projects, manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, and drive BI implementations and product onboardings with regional alignment.

In this autonomous role, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery, guide governance, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture requirements, strengthen relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven program or project management experience with enterprise/global accounts.
• Deep hospitality industry knowledge including hotel management structures and OTA environments.
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs with planning, resources, risks and execution.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills with executives.
• Tech-savvy with ability to translate data solutions for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, including BI dashboards, for largest global clients.
• Organize and manage all projects within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish governance and guide stakeholder expectations from properties to C-levels.
• Create and maintain project documents outlining timelines, activities, risks.
