Qualifications

• 7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience.
• Experience developing communications strategies and plans for enterprise-wide business functions.
• Experience advising senior leaders and executing communications plans.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior HR leaders, challenging assumptions and recommending approaches.
• Develop and execute communications plans translating priorities into objectives, audiences, messages, tactics and measures.
• Lead HR change communications to help employees understand and navigate organizational changes.
• Connect initiatives by coordinating messages across HR priorities and stakeholders.
• Write and edit clear, credible messages tailored to audience and channel.
• Drive execution with defined roles, next steps, and momentum from planning to delivery.
