The role requires strong communication and delivery discipline to manage complex deployments. You will partner with investor relations, data sourcing, and recruiting to design scalable solutions and ensure reliable operations across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Experience managing engineering teams across regions and vendor resources.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and plans.
Proven track record in delivery planning, quality standards, and team development.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead a global enterprise application engineering team delivering workflow, reporting, and integrations.
Shape the delivery portfolio by translating priorities into enhancements and release plans.
Partner with Investor Relations, foundations, external data sourcing, and recruiting to design scalable solutions.
Guide hands-on delivery for a distributed team with NY afternoon overlap.
Manage delivery across FTEs and consultants while balancing capacity and priorities.
Coach engineers and collaborate with the Warsaw-based lead to improve delivery discipline.
Collaborate with peers to design reliable integrations with corporate systems.
Oversee production support, incident resolution, maintenance, and release planning.
Improve engineering practices across configuration, testing, and deployment.
