Job summary

Point72’s Technology team is seeking a Senior Enterprise Chat Platform Lead to own and operate our global chat environments, delivering reliable collaboration for the firm. You will drive platform transitions with front office, compliance and IT, design scalable migration plans, and automate provisioning and governance to reduce toil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with enterprise chat platforms in regulated environments, including 5 years in production.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to gather requirements, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and support production rollout without coding.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate our enterprise chat platforms globally.
• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of chat platform transitions with front office, compliance, and technology teams.
• Design transition approaches including history preservation, identity mapping, and phased cutovers.
• Administer and optimize chat platform environments, including provisioning and governance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and recordkeeping requirements.
