Job summary

CAST AI is seeking a Global Client Partner to own 2-3 of our largest enterprise relationships worldwide. You will grow each account into multi-million dollar ARR, finding new budget, teams, and use cases, and closing the deals.

You’ll manage the commercial side end to end, while TAMs handle the technical side. This hunter role requires building executive networks inside large enterprises and negotiating complex contracts, with a focus on expanding CAST AI's footprint across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise account management or sales experience.
• Proven track record growing strategic accounts to multi-million ARR.
• Experience building executive relationships inside large enterprises.
• Skilled in negotiating and closing large, complex contracts.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own 2–3 largest enterprise relationships globally and grow them into multi-million ARR accounts.
• Lead end-to-end commercial process: negotiations, pricing, closing, renewals.
• Build and maintain executive relationships at VP and C-level across customer orgs.
• Demonstrate value, track usage, and drive expansion and renewals.
• Collaborate with TAMs and R&D for product feedback and roadmap.
