IES Abroad, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a GEM Specialist to act as the admissions officer for a portfolio of programs, manage student visas, and oversee enrollment processes. The Global Enrollment Management (GEM) Department serves all students who apply and/or are admitted to IES Abroad programs, and those who apply to SAF programs. The GEM Specialist role acts as the admissions officer for a portfolio of programs and is responsible for administering and moving students through the admissions process. Additionally, GEM Specialists are responsible for oversight of student visa requirements, including liaising with consular officials and other visa officers, maintenance of student visa resources, and visa application review via the ACCeSS Program.
