Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks a transformational Vice President of Global Engineering to lead the Facility Engineering and Maintenance function across our worldwide network. This executive will provide strategic direction and hands-on operational leadership for refrigeration, facility maintenance, and material handling across ~20 countries and four continents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of multi-site senior engineering leadership.
• Experience in maintenance, refrigeration, and material handling across global sites.
• Proven track record delivering against KPI targets and budgets.
• MBA or equivalent is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a high-performance global engineering organization.
• Lead Global Regional Engineering Directors across four regions.
• Own and deliver financial and operational KPIs including energy efficiency and maintenance costs.
• Champion lean transformation and standardize procedures.
• Identify and adopt emerging technologies with ROI impact.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Science, Finance, and Commercial teams.
