Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering new product introductions with stage-gate governance.
• Strong ability to align engineering with customer needs and enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Specialty Engineering organization (NIS/IMS) to deliver system solutions.
• Define a global engineering strategy supporting growth, quality, cost, and lifecycle performance.
• Own the engineering execution model for NPI with governance, resources, risk, and launches.
• Partner with product, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales to roadmaps.
• Drive system-level solutions integrating hardware, software, controls, and safety.
• Ensure design standards, reviews, documentation, and global design consistency.
• Manage global budgets, resources, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Mentor engineering leaders and build a high-performing global team.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving on critical product and field issues.
• Support customer engagements and major program reviews as senior engineering rep.
• Establish engineering KPIs for delivery, quality, and cost reduction.
