Job summary

Lineage seeks a transformational Vice President of Global Engineering to lead the Facility Engineering and Maintenance function across our worldwide network. This executive will provide strategic direction and hands-on operational leadership for refrigeration, facility maintenance, and material handling across approximately 20 countries on four continents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-site leadership in engineering or related operations.
• Proven track record building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Experience applying lean and continuous improvement to achieve results.
• 5+ years direct technical expertise in maintenance engineering or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience delivering against financial and KPI targets, including budgeting.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions to boost efficiency and innovation.
• Excellent executive presence and communication; able to influence from technicians to C-suite.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth global business.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% globally.
