Job summary

Lean Focus LLC is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead our Lean transformation across all Americas manufacturing sites. You will drive strategy, planning, cost control and execution, while building a high‑performing, accountable leadership team.

This hands‑on executive will champion Lean, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives, ensuring safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and sustainable growth as the company scales. Travel 25–40% is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, incl. 10+ years in senior ops roles
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA a plus
• Proven multi-site leadership across production, eng, quality, supply chain and ops

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Oversee materials, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics
• Partner with Supply Chain on SIOP and demand planning
• Build and lead a high-performing Operations leadership team
• Manage annual budgets, capex plans, and productivity initiatives
• Champion EHS and a zero-incident culture
