Stryker Corporation invites engineering graduates to join the Advanced Operations Global Engineering Development program. You will rotate through AO, R&D, Quality and Operations, gaining hands‑on experience while developing leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

B.S or M.S. in Engineering with December 2026 or spring 2027 graduation dates.
3.0 minimum cumulative GPA (or equivalent).
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment‑based sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to travel internationally.
Self‑starter with analytical & problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions.
Ensure quality of process and product as defined in operation and material specifications.
Assist in the selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications, reliability and regulatory requirements.
Support capital acquisition activities.
Analyze equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests.
