Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking graduates for the Advanced Operations Global Engineering Development program. This 20-month role offers on-site rotations through AO, R&D, Quality and Operations, with exposure to leadership and global collaboration.

You will gain hands-on engineering experience, learn GD&T, six-sigma, validation, and transfer requirements while developing leadership and technical skills for a career in medical device manufacturing.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering; graduation must be Dec 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (or equivalent).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for new product and process introductions per NPD procedures.
• Ensure process and product quality per specifications and GMP guidelines.
• Assist in selecting components and equipment based on analysis and regulatory needs.
• Support capital acquisition activities and project documentation.
• Perform PFMEA, control plans, SOP and PPAP activities for transfers/launches.
• Complete capability studies and inspection documentation for new processes.
