Job summary

Stryker invites graduates to join the Advanced Operations Global Engineering Development program in Fort Lauderdale. This 20-month rotation program provides engineering and leadership development across R&D, Quality, and Operations with on-site rotations and exposure to senior leaders.

Participants rotate through AO, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and global collaboration opportunities, while building a fast-track manufacturing leadership path.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering required; December 2026 or spring 2027 graduation dates preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions and ensure activities comply with NPD procedures.
• Ensure quality of processes and products per specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in selecting components and equipment based on reliability and regulatory needs.
• Support capital acquisition activities and conducting data analyses.
• Perform PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP for product transfers and launches.
• Conduct MSA studies for new products and processes.
• Provide training for manufacturing teams and ensure GMP/safety compliance.
