Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Project Manager - Engineering to lead and direct projects of varying size, including capital initiatives, process improvements, and startup support. You will collaborate across functions to develop scope, schedules, and budgets while mentoring engineering staff.

You will also drive cross-functional capital planning, ensure alignment with Safety, Quality, Environmental and Operations teams, and travel up to 50% to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years practical experience as a Project Manager, Sr. Engineer, or Plant Engineering Manager with Cap/Ex experience.
• Experience leading diverse teams in a matrix environment; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams and manage scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Develop CIRs, present project reviews, and drive capital planning with cross-functional teams.
• Manage projects including large CapEx and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Coordinate procurement, engineering, operations and maintenance for project execution.
