Qualifications

• 2+ years of packaging industry experience, CPG preferred.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, capabilities, and equipment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in food processing is required.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the innovation stage-gate process from ideation to commercialization.
• Lead technical delivery of base business projects independently.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on packaging initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and analyze plant/pilot/lab trials.
• Prepare and present results to leadership in written and oral form.
• Review and issue technical specifications and act as a subject matter expert.
