Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program/project management.
• 5+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• 5+ years owning product release execution across the product lifecycle.
• 5+ years coordinating cross-functional execution across engineering organizations.
• 5+ years partnering directly with engineering and cross-functional program teams.
• 4+ years influencing delivery commitments with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads complex programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and product implementation.
• Develops and oversees integrated schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Monitors progress against plans and adjusts schedules or resources to meet milestones and delivery commitments.
• Communicates program status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives across engineering and manufacturing.
