Caterpillar's Building Construction Products (BCP) Division is hiring for Senior Engineering Manager for Electrical Systems to be based in Clayton, NC (CMDC), Sanford NC, or Desford UK. You will lead a global engineering organization responsible for Electrical Systems and Components for the BCP Machines and Attachments.
You will own electronic architecture, schematics, wiring harnesses, and BCP design-controlled components, and collaborate with Product Teams, Cat Technology teams, and
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead a global engineering organization for Electrical Systems.
- Oversee architecture, schematics, wiring, and components.
- Drive NPI programs, CPI projects, product maintenance, and obsolescence management.
- Manage On-Site supplier relationships and CPPD for harnesses.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and procurement teams.
- Plan and direct staffing to meet policies and objectives.
- Ensure quality, performance, and cost-efficiency across engineering deliverables.
- Communicate program plans, budgets, and resource needs with leadership.
