Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/senior role.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing complex software systems using C++, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect scalable, high-performance, secure software aligned with business needs.
• Mentor and lead a team of software engineers to deliver quality products.
