The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, deep knowledge of IQVIA data assets, and the ability to influence executives. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of sales, service or marketing experience required.
• Excellent project management and client influencing skills.
• In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and the core offerings.
• Experience developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives in life sciences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Spends at least 50% of time on customer segment.
• Accountability for large-scale, multi-country technology implementations (CSAT & Profitability).
• Sets strategic client/segment agenda and drives global account planning to achieve targets.
• Builds, broadens and deepens strategic client relationships within defined accounts.
• Ensures alignment and coordination between IQVIA touch points; shares client insight internally.
• Maps segment and account-level needs of commercial stakeholders.
