Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in process management, travel administration, or customer service in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine CISA’s end-to-end international travel process, continuously improving procedures, forms, workflows, and policy guidance for travelers.
• Provide proactive, customer-centric support to CISA personnel planning or conducting international travel, including answering complex questions and assisting with travel system navigation.
• Coordinate collection, review, and distribution of post-travel trip reports, ensuring proper recording and secure storage for leadership analysis.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive guidance materials, FAQs, and information session content on travel policies.
• Support the creation of strategic reports and briefing materials identifying travel trends and statistics for leadership review.
