  • Prepare comprehensive briefing books, agendas, read-ahead packages, and materials for leadership.
  • Arrange translation/interpretation support and liaise with embassies and interagency partners.
  • Draft SITREPs, trip readouts, summaries of conclusions, and follow-up reports.
  • Collaborate across CISA components to align engagements with international strategy and priorities.
  • Manage security and access requirements for engagements, including entry of foreign national information and escorting visitors.
  • Maintain stakeholder contact databases and electronic file management systems.

Description

Chimera Enterprises is seeking an experienced International Engagement and Coordination Analyst. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in event or engagement planning, international coordination, and program support within a Federal or international setting. The International Engagement & Coordination Analyst will provide critical logistical, administrative, and strategic support to CISA International. This role involves planning and executing complex bilateral and multilateral engagements, coordinating high-level domestic and international travel, and ensuring that all activities seamlessly align with CISA’s overarching international strategy and stakeholder priorities.

Mission

To ensure the flawless execution of CISA's international engagements and cooperative activities, enhancing operational cooperation with foreign partners. This role ensures that senior leaders and traveling officials are fully prepared, briefed, and supported, directly enabling CISA to cultivate international support for its mission to defend against cyber incidents and enhance critical infrastructure resilience globally.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan, organize, and support bilateral and multilateral engagements, including managing all aspects of domestic and international trips, exchanges, exercises, and training activities.
  • Coordinate complex schedules, detailed itineraries, logistics, venues, and meeting arrangements to ensure maximum efficiency and mission success for CISA officials.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive briefing books, agendas, read-ahead packages, and meeting materials for CISA International leadership and traveling delegations.
  • Arrange translation and interpretation support for international engagements as needed, liaising with embassies and interagency partners.
  • Draft detailed situation reports (SITREPs), trip readouts, summaries of conclusions, and follow-up reports that capture key outcomes, decisions, and required next steps from engagements.
  • Collaborate across CISA components, intra-agency working groups, and external partners to ensure engagement plans align with CISA’s international strategy and current operational priorities.
  • Manage security and access requirements for engagements, including inputting foreign national information into security systems (e.g., ISMS, FAM forms) and escorting visitors.
  • Keep CISA resources updated by tracking taskings, maintaining stakeholder contact databases, and curating electronic file management systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous, high-visibility engagements.
  • Strong background in event/engagement planning, travel logistics, and protocol within a multi-stakeholder Federal or international context.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, specifically in drafting readouts, briefing materials, and official correspondence.
  • Demonstrated comfort and professionalism when interacting with senior U.S. government stakeholders, foreign dignitaries, and external partners.
  • Ability to anticipate logistical and briefing needs proactively, ensuring all materials and arrangements are finalized well in advance of engagements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in event or engagement planning, international coordination, or program support within a Federal, international organization, or similar mission-oriented environment.
  • Clearance: Eligibility for and ability to maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.
  • Location: Primarily at the Government facility in Arlington, Virginia (NCR), with potential telework and required domestic/international travel as needed.
