Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Program Manager in NYC to lead the technical orchestration of a major client migration in the energy sector. You will oversee the technical pillar, manage stakeholders, and drive the client’s adoption of our Kraken platform as part of broader business transformation.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and client teams, defining success metrics and governance while guiding platform localisation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical mindset with engineering-led background.
• Sector experience in managing complex technology implementations.
• Proven experience deploying software adaptation, deployment and integration.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience on CIS implementations in utilities (energy, telco, water).
• Hybrid work: NYC office 3 days/week with travel to North America.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client executives and tech stakeholders.
• Define success criteria and governance for the technical pillar.
• Own platform localisation plan to meet client expectations.
• Summarise client needs for successful execution of tech localisation.
• Direct internal developers and external partners on platform deliverables.
• Support client in meeting business needs via tech delivery.
• Understand Kraken infrastructure and align client direction.
• Set up training programs for the client’s technical arm.
• Advocate Kraken delivery method and drive mindset shift.
