Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to drive European client technology transformations. You will align technology, people, and processes to deliver migratons and long-term platform enhancements. Travel is expected as projects run across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates have strong problem solving, client delivery, and agile experience, plus fluent English and Danish. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proven client delivery or product ownership experience.
• Experience delivering in agile environments and managing journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships with product owners and business owners.
• Serve as the first point of contact for tech development and escalation.
• Be the knowledge base for Kraken platform delivery.
• Triages requests and communicates priorities internally.
• Summarises client needs and timelines for ongoing development.
• Support engineering to deliver features and improvements.
