Job summary

Skypace seeks a Global Logistics Program Manager to own the ocean freight programs for energy and project cargo from award through steady state. You will coordinate with shippers, suppliers and LSPs, ensuring milestones and deliveries meet project timelines.

The role requires 7+ years in logistics for energy or heavy industry, plus expertise with BOMs, contracts and ISF/AMS processes. A data-driven approach using Excel and BI tools is essential, with SAP exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics for energy, EPC, or heavy industrial shippers.
• Experience managing forwarders, carriers or 3PLs through scorecards and SLAs.
• Fluency in data with advanced Excel and BI tools; SAP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own ocean freight programs for energy and project cargo from award through steady state.
• Maintain routing guides, SOPs and escalation matrices for each program.
• Report scorecards in monthly and quarterly reviews with corrective actions.
• Monitor bookings, sailings and milestones across lanes and carriers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, LSPs and carriers on delivery sequencing.
