Job summary

Skypace, the ocean freight division of Maxton Shipping Inc., seeks an Implementation Manager for 3PL Customer Programs. The role leads a new program from award to steady state, defining requirements, SOPs, integrations and testing.

Remote in the United States with travel to customer sites for kickoffs and go-lives. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $125,000 base, plus annual bonus tied to milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics implementation, onboarding or program management at a shipper, 3PL, forwarder or logistics technology provider.
• Experience taking a logistics program or system from award through go-live and hypercare.
• Working knowledge of international freight: bookings, milestones, documents, customs interfaces, Incoterms 2020.
• Experience with EDI or API integration projects and user acceptance testing, with ERP or TMS exposure.
• Skill in writing SOPs and running governance meetings.
• PMP, Lean or Six Sigma training is useful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern: Build the implementation plan with the customer, scope, milestones, owners, risks and exit criteria; Run kickoff, weekly governance and steering updates through hypercare; Manage scope changes through a documented change process.
