Job summary

Skypace, the ocean freight division of Maxton Shipping Inc., is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead 4PL implementations and LSP onboarding in a Houston-based, on-site role.

You will design governance, onboard multiple LSPs, establish scorecards and control towers, and drive the program to steady state across project logistics with tight collaboration across procurement, engineering and site teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project logistics or 4PL programs.
• Experience onboarding multiple LSPs under one process.
• Working knowledge of project supply chains and Incoterms 2020.

Responsibilities

• Map the shipper's logistics landscape including suppliers, LSPs, lanes, Incoterms and contracts.
• Design the control tower process: order release, milestones, exceptions and invoices.
• Lead LSP onboarding, set data requirements and verify first shipments end-to-end.
• Establish governance cadence and build provider scorecards with the analytics team.
• Coordinate procurement, materials management and site logistics for delivery sequencing.
• Turn the program into steady state and hand over with SOPs and open-items log.
