Job summary

You will craft strategies, manage partner relationships, and drive funding, with a focus on schedule and risk management. You will develop executive‑level reports, dashboards, and financial models in Excel, and collaborate across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management, infrastructure project delivery, utility coordination, energy procurement, or energy analytics.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-partner programs across external partners and internal teams.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate collaborator engagement to ensure flawless construction-phase power and utility service.
  • Serve as a key coordination point across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs, Legal, Finance, and site leadership.
  • Act as strategic right-hand to team leadership, guiding priorities, communications, and decisions across the global energy organization.
  • Manage utility and external partner relationships throughout the project lifecycle, aligning need dates and agreements.
  • Drive funding and payment timing workflows to keep critical utility work on schedule.
  • Track regulatory and utility timelines, assessing impacts on construction and risks early.
  • Support energy negotiations with commercial analysis, term comparisons, and contract considerations.
  • Build and maintain Excel models and financial analyses to inform procurement timing and infrastructure decisions.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations on programs and market conditions.
