Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Global Energy Program Manager based in Boise to shape the energy infrastructure behind major semiconductor investments.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Legal, and Finance, aligning timelines and funding to ensure on-schedule execution. The role requires strong strategic communication, extensive experience in energy analytics and procurement, and the ability to build robust financial models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Construction Management, Energy Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in program management, infrastructure project delivery, utility coordination, energy procurement, or energy analytics.
• Experience managing complex, multi-partner programs across external partners and internal teams.
• Strong collaborator management and organizational skills.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collaborator engagement for construction-phase power and utility service.
• Serve as coordination point across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs, Legal, Finance, and site leadership.
• Steer priorities and decisions toward completion of global energy programs.
• Manage utility and partner relationships, aligning need dates, timelines, and agreements.
• Drive funding and payment timing workflows to keep utility work on schedule.
• Track regulatory timelines and assess impacts on construction and risks.
• Prepare commercial analyses and arguments for PPAs, VPPAs, ESAs, and utility contracts.
• Build advanced Excel models and financial analyses to inform procurement timing.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
