Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Global Energy Program Manager based in Boise to lead the energy infrastructure behind semiconductor manufacturing investments. The role collaborates across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs, Legal, Finance, and leadership to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will craft advanced financial models, analyze terms for PPAs and related agreements, and deliver executive dashboards tracking program progress, risks, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Construction Management, Energy Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven program management experience in infrastructure, energy procurement, or analytics.
• Experience leading multi-partner programs across external partners and internal teams.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills with executive-level communication.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs, Legal, Finance, and site leadership.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations on programs, market conditions, risks, and achievements.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models to inform timing and decisions.
• Manage utility and external partner relationships throughout project lifecycle.
• Support energy negotiations with commercial analyses and term comparisons.
• Drive funding and payment timing workflows to keep utility work on schedule.
