Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a programs leader to coordinate energy procurement, utilities, and inter‑departmental efforts across global projects. You will drive timelines, financial analyses, and executive reporting to support construction schedules for semiconductor manufacturing sites.

You will collaborate with Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs, Legal, and Finance, translating complex data into actionable decisions and robust dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified or related field with equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in program management, infrastructure project delivery, utility coordination, energy procurement, or energy analytics.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑partner programs across external partners and internal teams.
• Strong collaborator management and organizational skills.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collaborator engagement to ensure flawless construction-phase power and utility service.
• Serve as a key coordination point across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs, Legal, Finance, and site leadership.
• Act as strategic right-hand to team leadership, steering priorities and decisions toward successful completion.
• Manage utility and external partner relationships across the project lifecycle, aligning needs and timelines.
• Drive funding and payment timing workflows to keep utility work on schedule.
• Track regulatory and utility commission timelines and assess impacts on construction.
• Support energy negotiations by preparing commercial analysis, term comparisons, and contract arguments.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and financial analyses for procurement timing.
• Develop and deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations on programs and market conditions.
