Job summary

Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure is seeking a Project Controls Director to lead the integrated controls function for turnkey EPC energy projects. The role combines strategic design of controls processes with hands-on execution across multiple active projects in power and industrial sectors.

The director will drive scheduling, cost control, and earned value management, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with finance, procurement, and engineering to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive project controls experience on EPC projects.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 proficiency for schedule development and progress updating.
• Strong Earned Value Management (EVM) experience including variance analysis.
• Ability to lead and build a project controls team and integrate data with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve project controls tools and standards.
• Lead a project controls team and contribute hands-on to schedules, costs, and EVMs.
• Maintain schedules in Primavera P6 and ensure schedule integrity and baselines.
• Support proposals, change orders, and bid reviews with schedule and cost input.
• Partner with finance and other teams to deliver timely, actionable insights.
