Job summary

auduboncorporatecareers is seeking an EPC Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, expediting, logistics, and financial reconciliation for large-scale EPC projects. You will source competitively and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with compliance to contracts and specs.

You will coordinate with engineering, project controls, and finance, manage vendor relationships, tackle invoice reconciliation, and support monthly/year-end closes. Travel to sites and suppliers may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management.
• Mandatory EPC project experience.
• Experience managing procurement for large, complex projects.
• Knowledge of logistics, supplier quality, and vendor reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific supply chain and procurement strategies.
• Lead sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiations, and PO placement.
• Build strong vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project controls.
• Review invoices, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track costs, commitments, and PO balances across projects.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and cost adjustments.
• Lead expediting and logistics, including customs and warehousing.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and legal requirements.
• Provide procurement and supplier performance reports to leadership.
