Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience negotiating and managing large EPC contracts and capital projects over $100M.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, risk allocation, project economics, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC commercial contracting activities across large-scale power generation and data center projects.
• Develop procurement and commercial strategies to support project economics and risk mitigation.
• Manage full EPC contracting lifecycle: scoping, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and change management.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms, risk allocations, and project structures.
• Develop scope matrices, commercial exhibits, and bid packages to support contractor selection.
• Coordinate proposal development, bid communications, and contract documentation across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, origination, finance, engineering, regulatory, and leadership teams.
