Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management, including leading growth.
• Hands-on experience analyzing energy usage data and tariffs.
• Experience owning forecasting models used in budgeting/capacity decisions.
• Ability to build and scale analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a distributed team of energy analysts across data centers.
• Develop forecasting models for energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Set analytical standards and governance for outputs used in decisions.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance for rate design and strategy.
• Build data pipelines, reporting, and standardized tooling.
• Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
